Do you provide lunch? No. Children who stay at PMCS for lunch need to bring their food with them.
Do you provide snacks? Yes, a snack is available in the morning. Parents provide snacks for the entire class on a rotating basis.
How does your school inform parents of their child's progress? Regular communication with parents is the norm at PMCS. Parents are welcome to observe their child's class any time. A newsletter is sent home each Friday detailing the week's activities. There are two parent-teacher conferences during the year where parents receive a written progress report and have detailed discussion with the teacher.
Is parental involvement encouraged? Yes! It is a critical part of your child's success. Parents are welcome and invited to volunteer in the classroom, to accompany field trips, to attend monthly chapel services, etc.
